upon arrival. Card payments are possible but incur a 5% surcharge.
We do have a scheme for people arriving early on intercontinental flights. For half
the price of the room, we can guarantee availability at the time of arrival. It is
unlikely that the room will be available before 3pm otherwise. If this would be
required, please let us know what your arrival time would be and that you want us
to have a room available when you arrive. We operate a similar scheme for
people who require their room on the day of their departure, past normal check-
out time.
All parking in the area is charged from 9am to 8pm every day except Sunday. We
charge fifteen pounds per full day for taking care of the parking of your car, or
divisions of that for shorter periods. Please let us know if you are intending to
bring a car.

From the moment we confirm a booking, we reserve the room/s for you for the period
specified. You are then responsible for the whole of the booking just as we are
responsible to you for providing the room/s. If you subsequently cancel all or part of
the booking, we will do our best to relet the room/s for the nights which have been
cancelled. We do not charge a cancellation fee but you will be charged for any nights
we cannot re-let.
If you would like to book an early arrival, please indicate that on the booking form. We
operate a similar scheme for people who require their room on the day of their
