Booking Form: Please download a booking form by clicking on the link 'form.doc' below and saving it to disk (File, Save As...). You can then complete the details and send it to the Hampstead Village Guesthouse, either attached to an email or as a fax.

Please fill in all details requested. We will then send you confirmation
subject to availability.
