Accommodation Rates Single room Private facilities: £75 Shared facilities: £65 Small shared facilities: £55. Double or Twin room Private facilities: £95 Shared facilities: £80 Self-contained studio flat 1 person: £100 2 people: £125 3 people: £145 4 people: £160 5 people: £175 Breakfast Breakfast is not included in the rates above as some people prefer not to take it. You can have breakfast here some days, every day, or not at all and you can even invite your own guests to join you. If you want breakfast, you need to let us know by the evening before. Breakfast costs £7 and is served from 8.00 am (9.00 at weekends) until late and, when the weather allows it, you can take it in the garden. Booking Please fill in the booking form which can be found on this site and email it to us. No charge will be made to the card used to guarantee the booking except in line with our cancellation policy, as explained below. Payment and registration is on arrival. All card payments incur a 5 percent charge. Checking-in We are flexible about check-in and, if your room is ready when you arrive, you can go straight to it. We guarantee that rooms are ready by 3pm. However, if you are arriving early and wish to make sure of a room at the time of your arrival, you can do so for half the cost of the normal nightly rate. Luggage can be dropped off at any time after 8am. Checking-out Our normal check-out time is 11 O clock. Late check-outs can be arranged, on the same basis as early check-ins. Luggage can be left to be picked up later in the day. Cancellation Policy From the moment we confirm your booking, we reserve the room/s for you for the period specified. You are then responsible for the whole of that booking, as we are responsible to you for providing the accommodation. If you subsequently need to cancel part or all of your booking, we will try to relet the room/s. We do not charge a cancellation fee for this. You will however be charged for any nights of the booking on which the room/s stand empty. It is wise to have travel insurance to cover this eventuality. If you need to cancel a booking at short notice, do not use email because there might be a delay before we see it. |
